I'm still surprised that everyone liked the homebrew! I still have a lot of work to do on my process. I think I'm going to make a nice crisp lager next, maybe something like an Oktoberfest.

I don't think Jen was too impressed with the 200 missile battery I lit off. In my defense, I distinctly remember telling her "this is going to be so much more eventful than you think". I gave fair warning

I still can’t believe that we stayed till 3:45am, if felt like 1 maybe 2 at the latest. We will have to do that again sometime. I found myself looking at the market at other weird meats to grill up and eat, maybe next time we can do the Beef Hearts.
