4 Week old reef tank

chew* we would have loved to started with a much larger tank, but our budget and space in the apartment couldn't make it happen. So far things in the tank seem happy. The water parameters are checked weekly and are good. The palys and zoas have started to spread a little.

We are going to set up a refuge shortly to help add some stability with the addition water volume. Just need to pick up a few small items at Sea Creature to get it going.

GinaD my girlfriend is saying "I told you so", she thought we were adding to fast. The water parameters are still good, hopefully we dont get red slime. Any suggestions on what to do if it does start to grow?

I am dealing with red slime on my 10G nano at work now, I think it almost gone now. Just do water changes and be patient.

We haven't battled with red slime yet and hopefully we wont have to ::crosses fingers::
