Looking to buy an Angler for a nano tank and seeing what people's experience has been and which species you recommend.
I like these guys but open to other suggestions too..

I have 2 right now. I have a Warty Angler and I have what we believe is a Red Finger.

OK, I am not an angler pro, but I have had an angler for the past 6 years (learn from my mistakes). I had a warty for 2+ years (died from overfeeding), coinbearing for 3+ years (died from velvet)

I have had my painted angler for about a year now. He is healthy and happy. I haven't found a ambush hunter (angler or lionfish) I haven't stick trained yet. I kill all sorts of coral, but I have a knack with predator fish I guess.

For a nano I recommend a warty or a painted. A "sp" angler may get really big (10"), a warty or painted gets 4.". They do swim more than you would think and it is always an event.

My angler is a bad hunter, lol.

Him swimming
