Check Valves

Two true union ball check valves failed.

Just a friendly reminder/warning not to soley rely on check valves in your return line and plan to accomodate extra water in your sump!

I tried one on my first tank and it always let a little water threw when the pump was off. Never used one again

This is why we never recommend using a check valve on the drain or return line to ensure the water doesn't overflow the sump. Check valve is not the insurance you can count on.
