Help please. YT has Black Ich

In all of these years I've never had to deal with it. Just noticed last night my YT has it After reading up on it, it appears there are a few recommended treatments and am looking for some input please. FW dip, Formalin dip or some even recommend both. seems a bit harsh and stressful but who am I to argue? some other questions I have are should I treat the other fish? should my DT be left fallow for weeks as with cryptocaryon or is less time acceptable? I've no idea what the life cycle of flukes are.

For those interested. I gave the fish a 15 minute FW dip, placed back into the display and dosed 1 oz of Prazipro. I will log any changes in inverts for those interested.
