Ideal frag tank set up?

Looking to set up a 50 gallon lowboy frag tank. Wondering that the ideal sump set up would be, do you have a "refugium" with a bunch of rock since the display won't have any rock?

Skimmer size for a tank with only frags? Do you got bigger or smaller?

Any help or input on a frag system would be greatly appreciated
