It’s working now, most of the time I get a connection issue, and it won’t connect…I’ll have to try 3 or 4 times. And now I had to unplug it and plug it back in….then it connected right up

That’s pretty much normal. There is a problem that GHL claims they are working on to fix. In the meantime, it helps if you only connect from one device. It sounds like you are doing that. Another thing is to try using the my GHL Connection instead of the local connection. For some reason this seems to work better for me. Again, Reef2Reef is a great resource for asking for help.
