mandarin flashing toward coraline alge?

For some reason, my mandarin is flashing and dancing in front of the tank wall covered with coraline agle. I can't see anything there except purple coraline. Any idea?

If you look closely at the coraine, you might be dancing and flashing as well.
look closely at it, and you'll see alot of stuff running around. It might be eating that stuff.

Are you sure he's not doing a broadside display to his reflection in the clear spots on the back of the tank?
