MH Light Acclimation

I am upgrading my 8 biocube from 36w PC to 70w MH and I just wanted to get some insight on how people went about light acclimating their tank.

Adjusting your photoperiod or using layers of screen on top.

Third option is the height of the fixture. Think those are the only three options I know of.

Correctamundo. Every couple of days remove a layer until your layer-less.
