Light Acclimation

Hi,

I am going to be picking up a 48 inch Tek T5 4 bulb system this Thursday for my 75 gallon tank. In the tank right now (for photosynthetic organisms) is only a 12 inch S. haddoni anemone that I have had for about 1 year now. Right now the tank is lit soley by a 130 watt 30 inch powercompact fixture. I will leave this on the tank if there is room up top, or put on another 65 watt powercompact light, I just need to re-arrange fixtures around (I have a 55 gallon coral tank upstairs).

Anyhow, I am a little concerned for the anemone and going from such little light to a lot of light. How should I acclimate him to the light?

Thanks

Here is my anemone!

Start off with 3-4 hours of light a day and increase it gradually over a few weeks. If you see it stressing out cut back the light time again and take it slower.
