Mucousy strands on Sinularia

Hello and Happy snowy Sunday!

Any idea if I should be concerned about these mucousy strands on various locations of my sinularia? Really hard to see and I don’t know how to post video on here -

Is this a usual thing for sinularia or is this possibly a result of this coral sitting on the sanded with diatom?

Could be shedding possibly, have a turkey baster? Try blowing it off and see what happens. Just throwing ideas out.
