Nothing like doing a water change,cleaning the phosban reactor and dropping the little return pipe into the sump. I turned the pump off (hammerhead gold hybrid ) pulled out the hose luckily before it hit the impeller and when I turned the pump back on all kinds of awesome noises coming out of the pump. Thankfully for some odd reason I bought a new pump 2 months ago glad I did just not what I was wanting to do on a Tuesday night

Don't you just love this hobby, one mundane task can lead to a full project . At least you had a backup ready .
