Physics of a fish tank - great article, and what is the psi strength of silicone?

So.. does anyone know what the tensile strength of standard aquarium silicone is? According to that article, we have .72psi of pressure at the bottom in all directions of a 20" high fish tank. Does that mean silicone only needs to have .72 psi strength or higher to support a fish tank of that height (regardless of width and length?)

Silicone has 33 to 2030 (!) psi. Why can't they use that for our tanks ;)
