problem with my zoos

I got a frag of 5 zoos from a member here during the February meeting. Now there are about 8-10 polyps. I noticed on saturday that they are spreading out where I can see the mat they grow on. The polyps are also inside out and when I touch them they don't open.. I think its starting to happen to another frag. Anyone know what may cause this?

by the way glass is a little dirty

they are dying and may be infected by zoo fungus. The zoos are rotten from inside and casue the look.
