red light dawns on marble

I have been trying to catch an aggressive marron clown.
And finally get the idea to wait till he goes to bed in bta and use my handy 3 way headlight which has a xeon bulb, white leds and a 3 red leds.switched to red and presto he didn't even see me coming.Done

So fish can't see red light? I know generally speaking, reptiles and amphibians can't, but I had no idea about fish.

One of the few life forms to see the red spectrum besides humans are surprise......
