Reef snow recipe?

Hey I watched reef bum last week with dong and he said homemade reef snow was mixing 2 parts what's the dosage to actually dose?

Or what is everyone using to make reef snow and what's your dosage?

I bought a bag of calcium carbonate from Amazon higher purity the better. I forget the mix ratio but I’ll try to track it down and update if I find it. Once mixed the dosage I use is 1ml for every 10 gallons. I turn my skimmer and return pump off for an hour so it just circulates around the tank. Then kick them both back on and a few hours later nice crystal clear water I try to do it once a week.

This is the mix I use

DIY KZ Coral Snow (with >97% purity)

So Korallen Zucht's Zeovit product line has been around for a while. It contains many products, but one that finds usefulness outside of the ultra low nutrient setups is Coral Snow. In addition, the claims that KZ makes about it are not completely absurd and actually lie in the science of it...
