tanks over heating!!!

Came home to day to see temp. in my tanks @ 89f !! ran back out got 4 bags of ice all better now ! one of my kids turned the heat up to 90 in my . cood of killed them !!( thank god no dead!!)

I duck-taped the controller on my heater so you couldnt move it.

One better i turned the heat off in the house !!!Wont happen again!!!!!no fing way!!!!!

Be careful with bringing the temp down too quickly. That can do more harm than the high temp itself. When you temp gets too high (or too low), it's best to let the temp fall very gradually over hours.

i have a deep freeze stocked full of 2 liter bottles, frozen soild.....big ice cube for my tanks!
