Same too you Frank. I sleep in 1 to 2 hour spurts from this back injury. I was so looking forward to being to a good night's sleep after being awake for the prior 26 hours. Needless to say, I went to bed at 11:30 and was wide eyed by 2. Some day, I guess.

I have the same problem. I had back surgery 3 years ago to remove half a disc and the surgery just made it worse. Now I have two herniation(1 on each side of the same disc), disc degenerate disease, very bad nerve damage, and to top it all off I’m only 30. I have to automate my water changes for my new tank cuz I can’t lift the buckets anymore. I get max 3-4 hours of sleep a day it’s the worst. I’m hoping having a beautiful reef again will help me relax a little more.
But other than that lol
