Cold water stunned tropical fish

So I live on cape and run into a few cold water stunned tropical fish. Currently this year a grey trigger has been recovered and its only the begining. Not sure if this is allowed or not but i would like to see if i can post what is recovered in case there is any interest in saving these fish. These are going to be first come first serve and the local aquarium will get first dibbs since they do most of the work anyway. Just gauging interest and i still have to work out the details with the local Natural Resources Officer if any permits are required or not.
