Help choosing a different skimmer, not Janda

I have a 40g breeder. IT will be used for a reef with LR as th main filteration.
I am looking for a inexpensive skimmer that works well. I don't have a large budget, and I am not a great DIYer. Any help?

if you want to go HOB, the superskimmer is great. Also look into the Octopus NW110/150.

TI has them, but I think they can be had for a lot less online.

I think I can get mine together......I'll sell you mine, it ran in my tank for about 3 months. PM me if iterested.
