Help with pump & skimmer please...

We are setting up a nano 20 gallon tank with a 20 long sump and I am wondering what to use for a return pump and a skimmer. I haven't been in the game for years so I remember Eheim for the pump and ASM for the skimmer. Are these still any good? I was looking at Eheim 1250 or 1260? Roughly 3 ft of head.

For skimmer I was thinking ASM mini-G or G-1?

What do you guys think? I would love some opinions on the newer equipment if these brands are no longer the way to roll.
