next week i am going to be getting 90 pounds of live rcok and i plan on curing it in my main tank(nothing in it but newly mixed salt water). how should i go about doin it? how long about should it take its prob all diffrent just ball park idea? and should i weight till i finish curing it to put the sand down? lastly, should i use my skimmer?

yes you should use your skimmer.
Lots of water movement, constant siphoning of the crap in the water from the rock, and a skimmer makes cycling go a lot quicker.
How long it takes really depends on the quality and "liveness" of the rock... mine only took about 7-10 days to fully cycle, but i got fully cured rock from an existing tank, and cycled using a raw shrimp..
with all uncured rock, it could take a good deal longer... i cured marco rock which is dry rock in a vat in my basement for a little over a month before i saw it fit to be used in my display.
