hey guys. i just inherited a ETSS skimmer. i can't get the foam to work and the water always overflow. should i open the valve more?? in additional- i've noticed the black tube and the hose for the pump comes off into two pieces. this sometimes create water overflow. should i use a sealant to hold them in place?
