That does look like the monti eating nudibranch. Anyone else can confirm that?

The nudis will take on the color of the corals it’s eating. Check your orange corals for any nudis

FWIW, I don’t think I’ve ever heard of monti eating nudis to take on the color of their prey. Do you have orange zoas? Probably the most common hitch hiker/pest nudi in the hobby. If you’ve got closed up Zoa colonies, they’re probably worth taking a real close look at.

To answer your question, nudibranchs are almost always bad unless you put them in on purpose. Even burghia are bad, if you're an aiptasia. All know nudibranchs are carnivores. There are other classes of sea slugs out there that eat algae, but if a nudibranch is looking healthy in your tank, it's eating some invert.

I've got montipora eating nudibranch now and it doesn't look quite right. Probably zoa.

I took it out . I’ll have to keep an eye on my corals . I did notice one of the branches bleached out on a stylo?
