I am thinking of starting a planted salt water tank with dwarf lionfish (in the next 6-7 months). The tank will be at least a 150 (the 24" wide 150).
Does anyone know of any local places were I can buy some macro algaes (besides chaeto)?
Has anyone used Liveplants.com before? Are they good?
I have had lionfish in the past, so I know how to care for them.
Also, I recently stopped using a skimmer. Do you think that a planted 150, with more macro in the refugium (and a 6" sand bed in the refugium) and around 160lbs of 5 year old live rock will be enough?
