Zoo eating nudi?

I just happend to look in my tank this AM and found something new that I have never seen. It was poking out of a rock right next to my Zoos, it was white with red "bands" or "Stripes" seemed to be about 1/4" diameter and the part sticking out of the rock was about an inch. It looked more like a big worm( not like a bristle worm) than any nudi I have ever seen. I shined a flshlight at it to get a better look and it receeded back into its hole pretty quickly. Now that I know where to look I will try to get a pic.

Thanks
Dana

Do a search for "Peanut Worm" I have one that usually hangs out around a patch of zoanthids. They're harmless detrivores, and have reddish-brown bands as you describe.
