I've been gone for a few months (I'm in the halloween costume business, so I've been crazy busy) and when I came back, I immediately noticed the change of avatars. I figured something had to have prompted that and I hunted around for a thread like this but it took me a few days to find it.

I just want to say, I really like it. From the perspective of a newbie who isn't "in the fold" here, it really makes this place more personal and less intimidating. (Except for the fear factor pic! )

I hope it stays like this.
