Hi, just getting back into reef keeping after about 6+ years away with only a goldfish tank left to look at.
I was a club member in the early years and still chuckle when I remember the day we got asked to leave Kelly's Roast Beef with our buckets full of anemones and other livestock. Mike W. if you're still around, I might like to see you about getting a BTA if you are still raising them.
I am anxiously waiting for my new tank to arrive. It is a TruVu 125 RR.
Been slowly accumulating what I will need to complete the setup.
Got a good deal on a used Tunze 9010 skimmer and just ordered my lighting today.
Gonna take my time on this setup. Tank will be located in living room the sump and other hardware will be in garage just below.
Am trying to keep this tank as energy efficient and easy to maintain as possible. Will probably stick with LR, a few fish, softies and LPS.
Anybody got an old (but leak free) 55g kicking around for my sump?
Looking forward to getting my hands wet again,
