Flying clown fish....

Earlier this week we had a jumper that resulted in a fish suicide
Today I was getting a cup of water from the tank to melt the frozen cube food as suggested and guees what- the surviving B+W clown wentflying and landed on the center glass of the tank!!!! If I was not there to push it back in it would have turned into an anchovi!!!

So is this unusual behavior for this fish????

No obvious bullies,but I usually accuse the flame (Brian's baby)
No vibrations..
My thought was that it thought I had food to drop in???

Brian does have the jets alternating the flow of water, I do not know if that is an issue??

We have a grond probe (per Brian) so that should not be a problem.

He was trying out a high wire act

I have a ground probe in the tank. So stray current shouldn't be an issue. It's funny everything seemed fine when I left.

I don't know if the clown was trying to get the food or whatever but this is getting ridiculous.


Heather is doing this...She wants me to set up another tank for the clowns
