Whats going on with my DI unit?

I was using DI resin from The Filter Guys wich was blue color changing resin and ran out. I recently bought some green color changing resin from Two Part Solution. I was told and what was happening that the DI is only supposed to fill about 3" or less from the bottom to work properly. My problem is that the DI filter is filling all the way up with water and staying full. I don't think the color is the problem, oh the water is coming out to faster I was getting a slow drip and now its a fast drip to almost a steady stream.

What's the TDS coming out of it? That's the end game.

At first it was reading 0 now it's at 1.

Any experts out their willing to help or non experts i'm just looking for ideas.

I would call airwaterice (www.airwaterice.com) and ask them. They are pretty good.
